The Harris Program supports a range of initiatives centered on diversity and inclusion.

Partnership with AltFinance

As part of the partnership between The Wharton School and AltFinance, HBCU faculty will be able to take part in a Faculty Research Fellowship at Wharton. These faculty will have the opportunity to spend a semester at Wharton during the school year under the Harris Program. They will develop their research and collaboration skills, deepening connections to other faculty members with similar interests. Visiting faculty members are:

  • Professor Vaneesha Dutra, associate professor of finance at Howard University (LinkedIn)
  • Professor Inger Daniels-Hollar, assistant professor of finance at Florida A&M University and graduate student instructor at Florida State University (LinkedIn)
