David Bard
David Bard is a senior fellow with the Harris Program at the Wharton School where he teaches in the full-time and Executive MBA programs. He works as partner of Halifax, where he is responsible for assisting in sourcing, evaluation, execution, and monitoring investments.
David holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was the Ford Fellow.
Sevinc DePiano
Sevinc DePiano is Senior Vice President of Yilmaz Advisory Services and was previously Vice President at AQR Capital Management and a Quantitative Analyst at PanAgora Asset Management.
Kevin Kaiser
Kevin Kaiser is an adjunct full professor of finance at the Wharton School. He was professor of management practice and on the finance faculty at INSEAD since 1992. Kevin holds a BA (Honours) in economics from the University of Western Ontario and a PhD in finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Kevin’s research has focused on private equity, corporate restructuring, and financial distress, more recently oriented around corporate governance and management for value creation.
Anastasia Kartasheva
Anastasia Kartasheva is is Associate Professor of Financial Economics of the Insurance Industry at the University of St. Gallen. She was previously the Economic Adviser at the International Association of Insurance Supervisors; an Economist at the Bank for International Settlements; and Assistant Professor of Insurance and Risk Management at the Wharton School.
Eric W. Leathers
Eric W. Leathers is a Founding Partner of Further Global Capital Management. He was previously a partner at TPG Capital, Pine Brook Partners, and Capital Z Partners. He began his career in the investment banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.
Naim Bugra Ozel
Bugra Ozel is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Texas, Dallas. He previously held academic appointments at the Wharton School and UCLA and was an associate at Morgan Stanley.
Ziad Sarkis
Ziad Sarkis is the director of Financial Research at the Harris Family Alternative Investments Program. Prior to his current role, he worked for Zouk Capital, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Deloitte in the U.S. and EMEA regions. He advised private equity funds, family offices, and corporate groups on mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
Dan Zilberman
Dan Zilberman is a Managing Director, Head of Capital Solutions and Co-Head of Global Financial Services, and a member of the Executive Management Group at Warburg Pincus. He previously worked at Evercore Capital Partners and Lehman Brothers.
